My Cleansing Diet

I am taking a break from salty and fatty foods today. For someone used to great restaurant food, a juice cleanse is not doable for me. I get so cold in the winter. I made a pot of vegetable soup, which consists of celery, mushrooms, green beans and Bragg's Amino Acid to taste (it's like soy sauce but healthier). I also added a small amount of rice. After a bowl of this soup, I'm no longer cold. You can add whatever non-starchy vegetable you want.
