The "Rolls Royce" of Lobsters

Fourchu Lobster at L'Ecole Restaurant

Next summer, probably beginning in June (possibly May), you have to try the Fourchu lobster from Nova Scotia, the Rolls Royce of Lobsters. Pictured above is the Fourchu lobster at L'ecole. It is every bit as sweet and flavorful as they promise.
